2. Check Availability & Get a Quote

3. Your Personal Consultation

 

I will meet with you at your house or venue prior to the booking to plan key parts of your wedding day to make sure your entertainment is exactly how you want it to be. If you prefer your consultaion by phone or email this can also be arranged.

 

4. Booking Form & Reservation fee

 

If you wish to proceed with the booking after the personal consultaion, I will then ask you to confirm the booking by completing the online booking form and by paying the reservation fee. Click here to complete the online booking form

 

5. Confirmation Email

 

Once you have completed the booking form and paid the reservation fee you will be supplied with a booking contract, which will be sent to you via email. This will have all the details of the booking along with a receipt for the reservation fee. Two weeks before the big day I will email you again to confirm all arrangements including times for me to set up. The final payment is also due 14 days before your wedding.

 

6. Choose Your Music

 

Once your booking is confirmed I will set you up on my online music request system. You and your guests will be able to login and choose music prior to your big day.

 

7. Your Wedding Day

 

It's time to celebrate! Due to the preparation that we have undertaken a great night is guaranteed. It’s time to let your hair down, kick off those new shoes and enjoy a great night!
